Suitable data are collected through pilot plant visits to provide live examples in these programmes. Most of our training programmes are followed by project studies. Participants are divided into groups and are asked to identify problems from their work areas. With our continual guidance, they resolve the problems using the tools/techniques learnt during the training programmes. We are perhaps the only institution organizing training programmes in which participants are trained on statistical and other relevant software in a workshop kind of atmosphere.
