The specialists at Hyderabad have been working in the areas of Regression Analysis, Multivariate Analysis, Statistical Quality Control, Design of Experiments, Operations Research. About 50 papers have been written in these areas which are published in.
We also disseminate knowledge of statistics and its applications by conducting summer and winter schools, workshops and seminars.
To promote exchange of knowledge between our specialists and other experts in the field we organize national and international conferences.
We have been guiding M. Sc., M. Tech., MCA students from universities and colleges in software development projects. In these cases we assign the students innovative projects from industry. We also guide scholars from other institutions in research problems.
